Interesting early Revere Ware ad shows slightly different handle

I came across this ad on eBay today from 1942.

What is interesting is that the handle is somewhat like a caricature of the actual handle used at the time.

Notice that the shape is somewhat cartoonish as compared to the actual handle, and it only has one screw, not two.  Here is the actual handle for comparison.
